Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of truck and commercial vehicle tyres by GB Truck Tires Center (Van Egmondkade 4, 3553 JE Utrecht, Netherlands) to trade customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to GB Truck Tires Center. “You” and “your” refer to the trade customer placing an order. “Goods” means the truck and commercial vehicle tyres and related products supplied by us.
2. Orders & Acceptance
An order is not accepted until confirmed by us in writing or via your account portal. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or pricing has been listed in error.
Trade accounts are subject to approval. We may request business registration details before an account is activated.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and are confirmed at the time of quote or order. We reserve the right to amend pricing to reflect manufacturer or currency changes prior to order confirmation.
Payment terms are agreed as part of your trade account setup. Late payment may result in account suspension until outstanding balances are cleared.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery windows, and are subject to stock availability and location. Full details are set out on our Delivery page.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns & Refunds policy. Goods that have been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless faulty on arrival.
6. Product Warranty
Goods are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims but do not offer additional warranty cover beyond what the manufacturer provides, unless agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the goods is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or loss of profit.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of GB Truck Tires Center or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
